After moving to the area in 2011 and searching for coffee that reminded her of home in Honduras, owner Alejandra Flores was inspired to open Unataza.
Founded in 2017 Unataza's mission is to give farmers the opportunity to share their coffees and stories outside Honduras, and offer coffee lovers from the NKY and Cincinnati area the chance to visit farms in Honduras for a lifetime experience of specialty coffee, starting right from its origin.
